WCF have been working with the iatro team since February 2021. We agreed an approach in the initial 3 months whereby iatro not only delivered our IT Support via a Service Desk model, but they spent the time to fully understand WCF operations and our needs going forward.

6 months on, iatro are providing IT Support fully across our hours of operation, applying system knowledge and expertise to provide solutions, and own and deliver our future IT Strategy. The team are approachable, knowledgeable and always aim to meet our ongoing demands and needs.
